Synopsis
Main themes of an animated film „Rivers” based on Czeslaw Milosz’s poem are: time and passing of time. The title rivers are compared to carnality of the main character. I look for traces of them on his body starting from umbilical cord, continuing with fingertip lines and ending on wrinkles covering
Director's BIO
Film and theatre director. In 2003 she completed her education in the State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Gdynia – Orłowo. A graduate of the Leon Schiller’s Academy of Film, Television and Theatre in Łódź, the Direction of Photography department, specialization: Animation and Special Effects (2009). From November 2006 to March 2007 she was an intern at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Visuels – La Cambre in Brussels. Member of the Polish Filmmakers Association since 2010; currently, she is a student of the Directing Department at the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw.
